We offer support Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm CST.  Please be sure to enter a remote access code so our technical team can help you as soon as possible.

Remote Assistance

Click on the Remote Access button to download Fetchit’s remote access app. Once it downloads, please place the 9 digit remote access code into your service ticket or provide it to a specialist over the phone.

Create A Ticket

To allow Fetchit remote access to your workstation and server, please follow the Remote Assistance button above to provide a remote access code for each.
