Mr. Fetchit is his nickname. At some point all of you will meet Bill. He installs, supports, and does training on Fetchit in addition to making a wicked Arnold Palmer.

Kyle seems to have perfected the "Smile & Dial" approach when spreading the word about Fetchit. We have to say his smile is infectious.
